Honing in on the terminology of the wine world, Waterford's Micro Cuvée series focuses on terroir by working with a small number of farms to create a local distillate. In this case, with Lómhar, master distiller Ned and Mark Reynier have combined 10 single farm origin distillates along with others including spirit from the widely-talked-about Pilgrimage release.
