Payment

We accept payment by Sterling wire transfer immediately following the auction. Settlement must be received within 48 hours.
We also accept credit cards (subject to a 3% surcharge) and debit cards. Credit card payments must be agreed with bidders prior to bidding to ensure bidder has a credit card that we accept.


Collection

Certain Lots are available for collection immediately following the auction from our London, Hamburg or Dublin premises. Please email us to arrange collection
Where Lots are available for shipping only as they are not on our premises we are happy to provide shipping quotes. Simply email us at auctions@cgarsltd.co.uk

1) Please note that all postage and packaging quotes are to be used as a guide and are estimates only.
2) Postage and packaging costs are based on the final auction purchase, as well as the size and weight of the final purchase.
3) Large, heavy and bulky items, or shipments of multiple items could be subject to higher delivery cost.
4) We offer tracked service by inland post, international post or courier depending on the final destination.
5) Please note that the estimated charges are quoted per package, not per purchase as larger purchase of multiple lots may need to be dispatched in separate packages for safe delivery.

Medium size packages (approx. up to 75 cigars)
Charges start from:
£10-£15 for domestic
£35-£39 for European destinations
£45-£49 for rest of the world.

Large size packages (over 75 cigars / humidors)
Charges start from:
£30-35 for domestic
£45-£49 for European destinations
£55-£59 for rest of the world.
