Payment
We accept payment by Sterling wire transfer immediately following the auction. Settlement must be received within 48 hours.
We also accept credit cards and debit cards. Credit card payments must be agreed with bidders prior to bidding to ensure bidder has a credit card that we accept.
Collection
Certain Lots are available for collection immediately following the auction from our London premises. Please email us to arrange collection.
Where Lots are available for shipping only as they are not on our premises we are happy to provide shipping quotes. Simply email us at [email protected]

4) We offer tracked service by inland post, international post or courier depending on the final destination.
5) Please note that the estimated charges are quoted per package, not per purchase as larger purchase of multiple lots may need to be dispatched in separate packages for safe delivery.

Storage
Please note we can offer 1 month of free storage from the auction date only.
We are happy to provide client storage lockers and facilities. Please email us for further details and cost.
Monthly locker rentals start from £120.00 per 1 single locker (approximately 20 boxes of 25 cigars).
You will be charge per each locker, according to required storage capacity.
