Nice bouquet. Some cigars with cockled wrappers. 18 cigars with minor foot damage. 11 cigars with minor wrapper damage. Special Partagas band for the XI aniversario of Friends of Partagas festival. Very rare humidor. No. 4 of 11 produced worldwide. The humidor and Partagas XI special banded cigars were made in the Partagas factory to commemorate the Friends of Partagas reception and dinner celebrating the 11th anniversary of the La Casa Del Habanos store in the Partagas factory building in Havana in November, 2002. Bronze plate memorialization inside humidor as follows: XI Anniversary, Tienda Partagas, Edicion Limitada, 4 of 11.
