Distilled at the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown on the Kintyre peninsula, this expression was distilled in 2002 and has been matured for the first 14 years in a combination of both bourbon & rum barrels. For the last three years of maturation, it was laid down in a Madeira hogshead before there was just 9,200 bottles produced in 2020 at a strength of 47.8% abv.
