A rare 1950 box, manufactured by Por Larranaga S.A. Cuba for what we believe to be their subsidiary company Larra and shortly after became Laras, which is an abbreviation of Larranaga in Jamaica, whilst still a crown colony of Britain. Por Larranaga S.A were tasked for their expertise in cigar manufacturing to produce and manufacture in Jamaica, to include commemorative boxes for the festival of Britain in 1951 by promoting all that was great about Britain, even as far as Jamaica but with Cuban cigar manufacturing expertise. Very good condition and bouquet. 5 cigars with minor foot damage.
