Sheestown, located outside Kilkenny, is known locally as 'the place of the lush grass', it is also where Irina barley is grown by Phil O'Brien. Waterford have used this barley to created whisky made from long fermentations (120 hours) and slow distillations. It was then matured in a combination of casks: 35% first-fill American oak, 21% virgin American oak, 25% French oak and 19% fortified wine casks.

Presentation: 50%, 70cl
