This exceptional single malt has drawn its colour from maturation in smaller hogshead casks allowing a greater surface area of wood to interact with the whisky to deliver an intricate character driven by the influence of both Spanish and American oak casks.
A deep red Mahoganny hue, taken directly from the cask is beautifully enhanced by the angular facets of the carefully crafted decanter.
The depth of colour coupled with the complex flavours of Reflexion derive from the casks selected for this distinctive expression by The Macallan's Master Whisky, Bob Dalgarno.
