This Daftmill whisky was distilled in 2009 and matured in an ex-Oloroso cask (#29) until 2020. Francis Cuthbert makes this lowland single malt at his farm distillery in Fife and produces only small amounts of casks every year. Most of Daftmill's releases have been in ex-bourbon casks so far, so it is very exciting to see this single ex-Oloroso sherry cask, bottled for the UK market with only 629 produced.
