This Fèis Ìle 2019 release started life in whisky refill casks, before being transferred to recently rejuvenated French Oak hogsheads to finish for a further 5 months in the distillery's coastal warehouses by the Sound of Islay.
The result is a rich, oily, wood spiced, sweet, smoky dram with a delicious creamy mouthfeel.
Limited to 1872 bottles, this is definitely a dram worth trying!
