The return of Ardbeg Supernova, released in 2019, is a heavily-peated single malt, matured in ex-bourbon casks. Rich aromas of aniseed, menthol and eucalyptus fill the nose, backed up by notes of bonfire smoke, soot, charred oak, birch tar and menthol throughout the palate.
