This exclusive Dram box includes some very interesting single malts, one of them being a vintage Little Mill which is a Silent Still. Presented in a wooden box, this tasting set contains 4x3cl drams. Stalla Dhu Auchroisk – 19 year old Speyside Single Cask 47% 3cl A sip of this whisky is like taking a walk in the woods during spring, with some delicious woody notes coming with a refreshing, silky smooth syrupy finish. Stalla Dhu Benrinnes – 20 year old Speyside Single Cask 47% 3cl Strong oaky notes on the nose with a little apricot sweetness on the background. Summer fruits, honeycomb & vanilla notes set in on the palate with hints of woodiness and earthy tones. Dried winter fruits round this beautiful whisky off perfectly. Stalla Dhu Sen Nevis – 18 year old Highland Cask Strength 56.2% 3cl Aging in Hogshead casks give this dram amazing, rich, dried fruity notes with a leathery undertone. Adding a few drops of water to this whisky opens up the flavours beautifully. Littlemill 1990 – 13 year old Lowland 43% 3cl – Closed distillery A medium body nose with notes of citrus combining with a sweet hint as the palate is slightly fuller bodied. Barley sugar with hints of cereal and herbal nuances follow on the palate. The finish is similar to the palate presenting fresh herbal notes and lovely barley sweetness, long and satisfying.
